I've answered this question in a number of other posts, and in more emails than I care to count, but I thought it would be useful to spell it out again in this post.

To view/update your profile information at EX5Tech:

1) Click the "my profile" link at the upper right of the forum screen.

2) On the next screen, where you'll see any Private Messages you may have, click on the "View/Update Profile" link on the left side of the screen.

3) You're now on your profile screen. Change info as necessary, and click the button at the bottom of the screen to effect the update.

Note that all fields on your profile are OPTIONAL (including EX serial number), except for your name and email address. The email address you enter must be a valid one. If you change your email address, you will automatically be assigned a new random password, and that password will be sent to the email address you specified. You can elect to hide your email address from other members by selecting the appropriate option on the profile screen.
