heres a pluggo vsti evolver editor i've been working on. it mirrors and displays the state of all evolver parameters, and allows vst automation of all parameters. you can control from the evolver, the vsti or from vst parameter automation. and the vsti updates to reflect the evolvers edit buffer. I've been testing it in Live on a Mac, so its only OS Xat the moment.
since Live does not support sysex transmission, i made a network patch that pipes sysex over the network between the vsti and the evolver.
there is no librarian or patch dump facility, but you can store entire programs in Live as sets of vst parameters.
feel free to mail me with suggestions/ bug reports

Tried it with Cubase and couldn't get it to work.

How should I route the midi in Cubase?
