Well, it seems we've crosses another milestone. As I type this post, EX5Tech has hit a total of 2007 members.

Our 2000th member was "j0n". Congratulations, j0n, and thanks for joining. I sincerely hope we hear from you soon.

The best crowd on the net just keeps getting bigger!

(BTW, don't be confused by j0n's "member number" of 2003. Three duplicate accounts have been deleted over the years, and that's why j0n is the 2000th member, yet with a member number of 2003.)

Fantastic News! The party just keeps getting bigger and bigger! (We're going to have to get a bigger hot tub here! )

Not that I frequent Motifator.com often, but I wonder what their member tally is - out of curiousity?

Great! That is the sign for Yamaha that the EX is not dead

BTW, altough there are many more people, I think JW was, is and will be the man, who answer every question first

You can tell that by the number of posts that JW has made!

I sometimes think he doesn't have a day job other than EX5Tech!

Long may we continue.

Well, kudos to the company I work for - it's been a bleesing and a curse that I have nothing else better to do then kick around here all day. But hey, it run's smooth enough here at my work - so my job's always done.

But if EX5tech would even offer 25% of what I make now for a 'full time position' - I'd take it tout sweet. Best place and people to work for IMHO.

Kudos to all the new members. Rainbowman, I think you are right now......used to be Ski but seems like he had a few more children or got a day job or something! Hopefully it's not because he is spending all his time with the Motif!!

i just read a post in another forum where someone says that one of the main reasons to buy an EX5 is because of the 'EX5 Tech forum' - i heartily agree.

bill, that's an absolutely great endorsement of this site. It's a credit to all who contribute here and especially to the moderators and the sysop.

Hi leethal,

Good 2 c u back, you're right, for an old 'outdated' slow, awkward, synth with all it's shortcomings 2000+ members is a stunning endorsement that something's right.

I prowl some of the other synth forums occasionally and have yet to see one with the ethos and spirit found here - what can I say but

P.S I just read what I wrote - I hope nobody believed I was being serious there...
